VA Sessions

My trip to Virginia was a big success. I had a great time photographing friends and family that I haven't seen in a long time. This year is really special to me because my nephew and niece are graduating from high school. Time has flown by so fast. I can still remember the day they both were born. I can't believe they are almost adults already. I pray that they follow their dreams, and many more successes in life. Look out NFL and Wimbledon!

Photographing the owners and crew of Towns Inn Pub & Eatery in historic Harper's Ferry, WV. It has been a blast. We started at 7 a.m. this morning. Capturing Tony Fisher's family, dogs, and restaurant. I will post images soon.

Reflection

I was hunting through the archives of old pictures today. I found some images that I originally wanted to use for a photo book idea that God had placed on my heart to do about three summers ago. As I look at those photos today they aren't on the level as some of my work today. The concept is there, but it needs to be upgraded. Then I thought about a poem I liked, A Raisin in the Sun. God has blessed me with so many great ideas, but like the poem I sometimes let them fester, but I am really trying to put my trust fully in him and allow him to open the wonderful doors of opportunity in my life. Followers keep me in your prayers that I can finally finish this idea and get it published.
